When it is way down the line... rejected at the query level... I figure they just don't get me. But closer in, you invest more hope in it and it hurts more, so instead of an eye roll and move on, sometimes a blog vent or journaling session to get my disappointment on paper is necessary. (a bunch of rejections at once can do this, too, if there is no positive mixed in)--Once written, if I still feel lousy, then I can burn it. Nothing quite so satisfying as a bit of arson on your assailant.Hart Johnsonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17599570189253229318noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5488311583060585534.post-11848164835263399972010-09-15T14:40:41.376-06:002010-09-15T14:40:41.376-06:00I'll get mad and stew for a while, grumble a b...I'll get mad and stew for a while, grumble a bit, and then move on.Alex J. I throw myself a little pitty party until my wife gets disgusted enough to kick me, and then I move on.

Sometimes though, I'm my own worst enemy. When do realize maybe what your trying for isnt going to happen? Or do you ever? I am just afraid if the rejections keep coming and I have to keep pulling up my big girl panties, the elastic is gonna break and I will really show my ass. ;)Lisahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02396077615775227046noreply@blogger.com
