I have been pretty sick since Friday afternoon. I went to the gym, added more reps to my routine, and I believe my body freaked out.. I almost instantly started feeling nauseous, and icky..On my way home, I got sick..I barely made it in my house..I layed on the couch till bed time..muscle spasms, hyperventilating, cold sweats, etc.etc.. It was horrible.. I thought I was having seizures, but it turns out I just over worked myself. My body was releasing toxins and wasn't used to the extra exertion... I have felt fluish since but feeling better today.. Maybe by tomorrow I can get back into my routine..*sigh* too much,,too soon.. I need to remember my limits..
Today is the third anniversary of losing my mom.. I am going over to dad's to do some cleaning and pack up some more of her things, I will be sending packages to my sisters for dad as well..so..Candi..you;ll be getting a box soon! :)

Day five..wow almost a whole week!
Today is going to be hard..I am exhausted..Hopefully a workout will help energize me some.
I had a small steak and salad for dinner last night so my total days cals are :1056..still under my alloted 1400...hmmm..not sure what to do there..
Today's plan:
B-fast banana 90 cals
snack: sugar free jello w/ ff cool whip 30 cals
Lunch: steak and salad with salsa dressing leftovers :) 320 cals
Snack: homemade tortilla chips and homemade salsa 100 cals
Dinner: tbd
going to hit the gym again to hopefully get some energy and work out the soreness of my body :)
Ive made sure to drink at least my 100 ounces of water every day most days I go over but I think that's ok.
still no pedometer, so I will have to find another one, which bums me out cuz the one I had was pretty cool! *sigh*

Part two of day three...slipped up some and today's plan
Ok so I had a great day Wednesday..followed my calories and worked out great...then I saw the brownie mix in the cupboard..I decided,,I'll make brownie-cakes..just pour the brownie mix in cupcake pan so maybe there isnt as much guessing as to how many I eat..I only had one I figured 100 calories...not too bad..then I saw the sugar cookie mix on the fridge..OOoohhh baking time! I made a couple dozen drop sugar cookies..I ate two! So another 110 calories according to the box..
Ugh! Well today is another day...moving forward..everyone is human..blah blah blah..
Oh and I lost my really cool radio pedometer somewhere..*cry* I will have to buy another one :(
Here's my total cals from yesterday..
527 b-fast and lunch..Dinner was two home made tacos mmmmm...corn tortillas, ground beef, tiny bit of cheese, lots of tomato and lettuce...305 calories..
Total for Wednesday: 1042 not too bad..
10 minutes on the elliptical
15 minutes walking
and some weight machines might help counter act my slip up..:)
Todays plan:
Taking a workout break since I have a dr. apt (my gym buddy will be excited to have this lol)

Snack: yogurt 110 cals
Lunch: roast beef sandwich, 12 grain bread, lettuce, tomato and 1 cup carrots: total 395 calories
Snack: sugar free pudding cup 60 cals
Dinner- to be determined

I can SO do this!
I am very confident that I can keep this plan going.. It seems to be very easy to keep up, especially keeping track of every single thing I eat and do here..This is like a journal of me..
So here are today's plans of my Biggest Loser Plan..
Breakfast: Grapefruit, splenda 52 calories
Snack: Banana, yogurt 190 calories
Lunch: FF cottage cheese, tomato, 1/2 avacado, lettuce: 185 calories
Snack: homemade tortilla chips, salsa- 100 calories
Dinner- to be determined :)
Oh and I got my Biggest Loser game for my DSI..it is awesome! I can be in a challenge with "other contestants" and it keeps track of my calories eaten and burned with food and workouts..it also gives me exercise routines to try..I can't wait to get more into it.. I already made my avatar..omg she is fluffy! I can't wait to see her change as my weight does..
I also went on a book finding trip and purchased a couple of books at a second hand store..I got Celtic Wisdom and another Pagan book I can't quite remember the name.That brings my new library up to 4 books! lol.. I also found some pink satin ( of course pink!) and some black velvet fabric so I can make a pouch for my crystals.. I will try to get pics when I make it.

Day two, part two...my biggest loser journey
The rest of the day was pretty much planned...
I subtracted the apple since I didn't eat it...
Dinner:1/2 whole wheat pita, 1 0z roast beef, lettuce, 1/4 tomato, total 175 calories
salsa, home made tortilla chips 100 calories..
total calories today: 992 hmmmm...I need more food...weird..I feel like I'm eating plenty
We hit the gym for an hour or so..
10 minute warmup on the treadmill
five weight machines, using different muscles then yesterday
15 minutes on the elliptical..
What a great way to get going on my new adventure.. It feels attainable..Not so hard to manage..
Oh and I got in 115 ounces of water today! woohoo!!

Lunch: two slices 12 grain bread, 2 ounces roast beef, 1 slice cheese, 1/2 cup cauliflower 12 cals.. total 392 calories -eep (updated)
Snack: celery, ff cream cheese, 72 calories
Going to try the same workout in the gym today..muscles are already crying..
I can't wait to get my biggest loser game for my ds!

Day one part two..my Boggest loser diet
Part two of my day one on the Biggest loser diet plan..
I finished my day by spending almost an hour in the gym...10 minutes on the treadmill, six different weight machines, some sit ups on the ball, then 10 minutes on the elliptical..woohoo!! shaky muscles!
Dinner was: 1/2 of a chicken breast, some lettuce and some homemade salsa and some green beans, total 210 calories
I drank a total of 120 ounces of water today!
I think I deserve a treat...maybe a 100 calorie drumstick..they are just the right size.
Total calories today:957 and if I have my 100 cal treat...1057..
under my 1400 for the day, guess Ill have to find more to eat tomorrow:)

First off, I haven't actually started my biggest loser diet yet, I have just upped my water, and took all my vitamins and added some fat burners in ...And I lost 4 pounds! Woohoo!!
My plan for day one of The Biggest loser diet: I get 1400 calories a day...
Breakfast: Whole Wheat english muffin, Slice of Ham, Slice of ff. cheese, One Egg total of 282 calories
Snack: Baby Carrots 30 calories
Lunch: 1/2 Cup fat free cottage cheese, 1 roma tomato, 1/2 small avacado, lettuce total 185 calories
Snack: Banana, yogurt, total 250 calories
Dinner: to be determined :)
Not to mention Water Water Water!
Hitting the gym at lunch will help also..

Random Happenings
Just a quick update on what's happening...
I had lasik last week, so Ive been gone for a bit trying to get my sight back..It went really well, I'm excited to see the results soon! I can already see better..woohoo!
I have decided to start The Biggest Loser diet plan next week with an anonymous buddy (Don't want to name names :) ) We are going to try and succeed! I will make myself accountable by putting my results on my blog as fast as I can.. Keeping track of water, lots n lots of water, using my pedometer and workouts... It's going to be a busy blog ( I hope)..Crossing my fingers!!!
Everything else is going pretty well..
Were watching American Idol and hanging out on the couch.. Yay!!
