Magick Bubbles

I got another Art journal page done!
This one is Magick Bubbles..

I stamped and colored a Goddess from Smeared Ink..
Wrote the little Magick bubble spell..
and sprayed it with glimmer mist.. it really gets messy

 My wishes travel through the light to you, whole and protected, the entire night through.

I made the little Magick Bubble bottle to go with it.. this Magick would be fun with the kids!

L is for luck

I had five minutes to jot this down in my BOS..
so.. I picked Luck..
make a little charm to carry in your pocket.. or place wherever you need luck..

I just used a simple green colored pencil and some stamps, glimmer mist (which didn't quite smear as well as I hoped) and glitter...I have an almost empty journal to use.. I can't wait to see how it turns out!

We are challenged to play in our "art journals" every day over at Smeared and smudged my fav altered, goth, dark, crafty group.. (I am also a new Design Team Member) you can see the deets on my other blog :)

sooo.. I started my first page.. and figured I'd combine it all together to save me some time.. since last night was a lil rough.. had to make dinner, find a book at the library, make a project for a blog hop and run to the gym..
ok.. on to the project..

A great Idea!

I just had the most awesome idea ever!
for the rest of my A to Z challenge.. I will be adding pages from my BOS!!
I had this most awesome idea to combine a "daily art journal" with my BOS making..
sooooooo
I will combine it with my blogging challenge here too!

That way I have something to post!
and I may just get some work done in my "witch book" :)

I really wanted to talk about how I am now a soccer mom, for a minute anyways.. so I'm going to. It is my blog after all.

Lacey joined the Soccer team started at the rec center.
She loves it.
We know nothing about the game. At all.

We don't Enjoy it. She does. That's what mom's do.
We stand out in the cold wind, watching our kidlets run around kicking a ball.

Joy.

She was so cute though. She ran, dived, kicked and stopped the ball every time.

You can see her if you look really really close, in the yellow. :)
With the Exception of the rain and cold, it was an Enjoyable hour outside. Lexi and I walked around the park for most of the time, trying to keep warm.
Everything went great. Got some Exercise in.
The kids will get to go to a professional game (which we might or might not attend) and have an appearance by a player at some point.
They only play Eight games, so it won't be too much torture for us adults. lol.
I can't wait until she goes back to baseball or maybe even football.

I am tired. I don't have any wittyness in me today.

I am NOT on a Diet..I am living a lifestyle. I am doing Weight watchers. I have a whole other blog for it :)

Daughters.
yeah..I'm in trouble.
Weve already had our fair share of Drama.
That's a good one.. Drama..
with girls.. it seems to be everywhere.
Who is dating who?
Who is wearing the weird clothes today? (usually it's my kids)
Who Dumped who for who's boyfriend.. omg.. seriously?
I don't remember being that much Drama at that age.
I was a good kid.
ask my dad...I'll wait..

So.. I will have to get some ideas flowing for this challenge. I just don't think I'm all that interesting..
I will write some things down.. that may help
I may just have to resort to my awesome personality and creativity. ha!

It's gonna be a looooooong month kids. But I am Determined to do it!!

Can I go back to bed?

I don't really mind Monday's.
But I really need a longer weekend. Two days just doesn't cut it.

We did a Cancer fundraiser for a coworker this weekend. Made a trip to Wendover.. It was a blast..
We had the whole bus, with the exception of maybe two or three seats..
We got to stay in a hotel.. and it was kinda rundown.. but not much time was spent there anyways..

It was fun to have a bonding time with coworkers, their spouses and friends.. it was such a great time..
We may do it again in a few months. :)

So.. I missed "b".. but I had a good excuse.. I guess it could be represented by all the Booze we drank!

C.. I lost my mama to cancer. We helped out a coworker with cancer.. She needs a new liver.. We raised over $800 for her!
I still have a hard time talking about my mama. It's been three years. I still get a lil choked up thinking about her. Ok. Alot choked up. I miss her.

Cry? that is a good "C" word.

ugh.

today is birthday blog fun!
It is a little hard not to pick up the phone and call my mom, but I'll find something else to distract me.

it was a great weekend. Hubby surprised me with my high school bff for lunch!

Then he made me a ww friendly cake.. it was sooooo goood!!

And him and Lexi made tacos for dinner!!

I know.. I had to take a pic of him in the kitchen.. it rarely happens unless it's to get a beer or pepsi max. lol..

and got these at work. he loves me!
