being a grown up

it starts today..
growing up

I met with a home builder today
he will help us fix our credit
we have to pay alot of money
to do this
we have to pay off everything that is valid on our report...
then
we have to save a lot of money
for the down payment

it is going to be alot of hard work
but that's part of being an adult right?

I have been dying to have my own home for years.
today is the day we start working towards that goal.

I am such a neglectful blog mommy..

but I have awesome news!

My rockstar teenager..

made the dance competition team!!

this makes  me squeeeeeee!!!

I am so thrilled and excited for her.. she worked so hard the last couple years, getting better.. and she made it!!

she will be able to compete in different cities.. which I am sooooo stoked about!

it's going to cost a fortune.. but she is worth it!

first..
the hike with the kidlets..
it wasn't as great as we hoped. the state or someone has most of the places nearby closed off due to construction crapola.
but we got a lil mini hike in.

then we had some family time
