I haven't weighed in in two weeks...it is too scary. but my clothes are a bit looser, so that is good. will let you know how I am dong tomorrow.....
soooo. I weighed myself last night. Up two pounds. But. I have gone from a snug 20 to a loose 18. Explain that one,, if you can....I am staying off the scale!
idk what is happening..maybe its the muscle building..but they do say..go by what your clothes feel like..so yay sister!!
