Sugar,
What a great thing to post on the first day of Summer! Looks like the Basil is doing great. I've never seen Sunflowers grown in a pot before. Living down in the South, my biggest concern in the summer is the heat killing off the plants. I actually had to shade my peppers one year. I have no garden this year ... except for my little baby lemon trees I rescued from destruction (from my own hand.)
Looks good! I have no gardening skills to speak of, and lack patience for it (or probably more specifically, the will) but it doesn't mean I can't appreciate someone else doing it!
Great photos, Sugar. I'm gardening in containers now because I'm still fighting the thistles in my garden space. Containers work fine, at least when I remember to water things every day. The Colorado sun dries things out in a hurry.
Maybe I'll post photos of my container plants next week. It's a great idea.
