Losin weight

I have tried so many diets that I can't even remember most of them.. I have tried everything under the sun and still...nothing..
I'm starting to think my body hates me :)
But I've decided to try one more..just for the hell of it
I'm going to try South beach starting tomorrow. I have to take today to get all my info and menus and food.
But I am going to do it, full force this time. No excuses!
I am going to drink my 100 ounces of water and hit the gym hard core..

I am tired of being fat.
I am tired of being tired.
I am tired of wearing ugly clothes!

So...
Every Monday will be the updates on my journey..

Anyone want to join me??

I'll join you as I am in the same boat. I've been trying to get my husband to join me on my journey, but alas...I think it's a journey I'll be taking alone. Let's be eachother's support system as I can use all the support and motivation I can get!

I have been working on losing weight for a year (well my whole life actually, but seriously now for a year) I have lost 60 pounds! I have about 25 more to go. I use sparkpeople.com it has really helped a lot! Recently my motivation is lacking so maybe we can encourage each other :) Good Luck I know you can do it!!

I wish you a ton of luck, Sugar! I swear by Weight Watchers myself because it is real, but then, I'm not in control of what's for dinner, so I have to be flexible and WW allows it. Some people need to do something different to feel like they are really doing it, and so I hope this is the one for you!

I used to do south beach and still use lot of the principals in my own plan now. The first two weeks are the hardest because of them being so restrictive, but don't cheat on them! It really helps to flush out the cravings and you can add in some of the missing stuff as soon as phase 1 is over.
