Dinner:1/2 whole wheat pita, 1 0z roast beef, lettuce, 1/4 tomato, total 175 calories
salsa, home made tortilla chips 100 calories..
total calories today: 992 hmmmm...I need more food...weird..I feel like I'm eating plenty
We hit the gym for an hour or so..
10 minute warmup on the treadmill
five weight machines, using different muscles then yesterday
15 minutes on the elliptical..
What a great way to get going on my new adventure.. It feels attainable..Not so hard to manage..
Oh and I got in 115 ounces of water today! woohoo!!
