I love the smell of rain in spring. The salty, clean, damp smell of new beginings, brings a smile to my face. Inhaling the fresh air gives a sense of well being and calmness. The dark clouds mixed with the sunrise. The birds chirping, the sprinkles of rain drops on the warm cement. It all makes me happy.
Rain in spring is one of the most refreshing feelings I can imagine.

I grew up in Arizona, and loved warm summer rain. Now I live in UT and--no matter the time of the year--the rain is never warm. I miss playing in it. But I will ALWAYS love rain.
i love spring and summer rains....As soon as it starts I go sit outside on my front porch just to listen! And I especially love falling asleep to the sound of rain. And I don't have to do yardwork when it rains :)
